Signing in to Orrery

The ways to sign in, and what happens after too many wrong attempts.

You can sign in with your email address and password, or with Continue with Google. Continue with Google matches your Google account to an Orrery account by its verified email address. If the email on your Google account is different from the one on your Orrery account, signing in with Google will not find your existing account. After several wrong passwords in a row, sign-in is paused for that account for a short while. This protects your account from someone guessing. The message tells you roughly how long to wait; nothing about your account has changed, and waiting is enough. If you have two-step verification switched on, you will be asked for a code after your password. If you are signed in and Orrery suddenly asks you to sign in again, that usually means the session on this device was ended — either by you signing out everywhere, or by a password change.

Still stuck?

If none of these answer your question, there are two ways to reach a person.

  • If you can sign in: open Orrery, then choose Help & Support and press Contact support. Your request goes to the Support Center, where you can read the reply and follow it up.
  • If you cannot sign in: email [email protected]. A person reads it. Please describe what happens and what you were trying to do — and never include your password: nobody at Orrery will ever ask you for it.
