Reporting something that is broken

Where to send it, and what is worth including.

Use Send feedback in Support. You can attach a screenshot if you have one — Orrery never takes one by itself. What actually helps: - What you were trying to do, and what happened instead. - Where in Orrery it happened. - When, roughly. - Anything that appeared on screen, word for word. The exact wording of a message is what makes a failure findable in our records. Your report is kept in your own words. If it looks like a problem already known about, you are told so — but your description is still kept, not folded into a counter. Reporting a bug does not, by itself, open a support request that somebody has to answer. If you need a reply, choose Contact support. You will find anything you have raised under My support requests. If the problem is about safety, privacy or your account being accessed by someone else, use those routes in Support instead — they go to different people.

Still stuck?

If none of these answer your question, there are two ways to reach a person.

  • If you can sign in: open Orrery, then choose Help & Support and press Contact support. Your request goes to the Support Center, where you can read the reply and follow it up.
  • If you cannot sign in: email [email protected]. A person reads it. Please describe what happens and what you were trying to do — and never include your password: nobody at Orrery will ever ask you for it.
