Creating an event and inviting people
Making an event, inviting guests or a whole cluster, and the link.
Add an event from the + button. It becomes its own planet on your map, and it drifts closer to you as the date approaches. Where you put it is how much it matters; how close it is shows how soon it is.
Opening an event gives you Overview, Guests, Comms, Memories and, if you are running it, Manage.
Inviting. You can invite particular people, invite a whole cluster, or share a link that lets someone reply without an account being needed first. Everyone invited replies for themselves: going, maybe or can't go.
Guest limits and a waiting list. If you set a capacity, people beyond it join a waiting list in order and move up automatically if a place frees.
Repeating events. You can set an event to repeat. When you change one, you are asked whether it applies to that date, that date and the ones after it, or all of them.
Comms and Memories. An event has its own chat, and a shared gallery — anyone who was there can add photos. After it has finished, the event shows as a memory for a week, with the people who came, before moving into your past events.
Declining an event takes it off your map. It stays in your Events list under Declined, so changing your mind is one tap.
